Please note:
1. Fresh linens and towels provided as well as a starter pack of k-cups, hand soap, toilet paper, paper towel, trash bags, dishwasher pods and laundry pods. Hair dryer included in each bathroom.
2. Chalet has central heating and air conditioning.
3. Outdoor surveillance has four cameras facing the driveway, back, front and side of the property.
4. Use of maintenance closet, owner’s closets and crawl space are not permitted.
5. $300 security deposit hold (refundable assuming no damages) and signature on the rental agreement are required for booking. The terms in the rental agreement are not negotiable so please inquire if you’d like to read it before booking. Check in details, including the cabin access code, will not be provided until this step is complete.
6. A late check out fee of $100 per every 30 minutes past 10:00am EST will be assessed to guests who do not check out on time. Standard check out time is 10:00am EST.
7. Host promptly responds daily between 9am and 9pm. Messages outside these hours may experience a longer response time.
